Guarantee

So that you enjoy your HSF products for as long as possible.

The seller guarantees that the respective deliveries and services are correct, complete and defect-free and are of an impeccable quality and fineness. The following guarantees and warranties respectively are calculated from the delivery date in compliance with the guarantee and warranty criteria.  

10 year guarantee

for white plastic profiles and on the impermeability of the insulation glass.

5 year guarantee

for white plastic profiles
with decoration on the even
form quality of the profiles in
their dimensions within the
tolerances permissible for the
construction and on colour
fastness / weather fastness
according to RAL – GZ 716/1.

3 year guarantee

for function of the fittings.
Wear-and-tear parts and damage
to surfaces due to aggressive
environmental influences are excluded
from the liability for material
defects. The liability for material
defects is 12 months for electronic
and magnetic components.

3 year guarantee

according to RAL RG 631
for aluminium coatings, taking into
account the ÖNORM B 5305.
