So that you enjoy your HSF products for as long as possible.

The seller guarantees that the respective deliveries and services are correct, complete and defect-free and are of an impeccable quality and fineness. The following guarantees and warranties respectively are calculated from the delivery date in compliance with the guarantee and warranty criteria.  

10 years guarantee

for the impermeability of the insulation glass.

3 years guarantee

according to RAL RG 631 for aluminium coatings, taking into account the ÖNORM B 5305.

3 years guarantee

for function of the fittings. Wear-and-tear parts and damage to surfaces due to aggressive environmental influences are excluded from the liability for material defects. The liability for material defects is 12 months for electronic and magnetic components.
